Model Pelayanan Publik Partisipatif Di Distrik Sorong Timur Berbasis Kearifan Lokal

Pelayanan publik yang berkualitas merupakan indikator utama dalam mewujudkan tata kelola pemerintahan yang baik, khususnya di tingkat daerah. Namun demikian, dalam praktiknya pelayanan publik masih menghadapi berbagai kendala, seperti keterbatasan sumber daya, rendahnya partisipasi masyarakat, serta belum optimalnya pemanfaatan kearifan lokal. Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan model pelayanan publik partisipatif berbasis kearifan lokal di Distrik Sorong Timur melalui pendekatan “Kitorang Duduk”. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, serta pendekatan partisipatif dalam implementasinya. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa model “Kitorang Duduk” mampu meningkatkan partisipasi masyarakat secara signifikan, mempercepat penyelesaian permasalahan pelayanan publik melalui forum musyawarah, serta meningkatkan transparansi dan akuntabilitas pelayanan. Selain itu, peningkatan jumlah aspirasi masyarakat melalui kotak saran menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kepercayaan dan kepuasan masyarakat terhadap pelayanan yang diberikan. Model ini juga mendorong perubahan perilaku masyarakat menjadi lebih aktif dan kolaboratif. Secara keseluruhan, model ini terbukti efektif dalam menciptakan pelayanan publik yang inklusif, adaptif, dan berkelanjutan berbasis kearifan lokal, serta memiliki potensi untuk direplikasi di wilayah lain dengan karakteristik sosial budaya yang serupa.
