Pelatihan Learning Management System Moodle untuk Meningkatkan Kesiapan Guru dalam Pembelajaran Digital

Pembelajaran tatap muka menghadapi keterbatasan sumber daya, rendahnya keterlibatan siswa, serta batasan waktu dan tempat, sehingga guru perlu menguasai Learning Management System (LMS). Kegiatan pengabdian ini melatih 21 guru menggunakan LMS Moodle agar mereka memahami konsep, percaya diri, mampu mengelola materi, dan siap menerapkannya. Tim pelaksana memakai pelatihan partisipatif di laboratorium komputer: pemaparan konsep, demonstrasi fitur, dan praktik mengelola kursus, peserta, aktivitas, serta kuis. Kuesioner pre-test dan post-test lima butir berskala 1-4 mengukur ketercapaian kegiatan. Skor rerata naik dari 2,62 menjadi 3,60 (37,4%), dan gain ternormalisasi mencapai 0,71 (kategori tinggi). Kesiapan menerapkan e-learning naik paling besar, dari 2,5 menjadi 4,0. Kepercayaan diri dan kemampuan mengelola materi baru mencapai 3,0, sehingga keduanya memerlukan pendampingan lanjutan. Pelatihan ini meningkatkan kapasitas guru. Pendampingan berkelanjutan dan pengukuran penggunaan LMS di kelas perlu menyusul.
