Krisis Etika dan Moral : Menata Kota dengan Keterbatasan Tempat Sampah di Kota Sorong

Sorong City as a case study. With population growth and consumption continuing to rise, waste management is becoming increasingly difficult, creating ethical and moral conflicts in decision-making. This study aims to analyse the impact of ethical and moral crises on efforts to organise Sorong City, with a focus on waste management. Using a descriptive qualitative research approach, data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results show that the lack of temporary waste disposal sites in Sorong City has led to people littering, which will impact the success of the government's efforts to manage Sorong City, especially in terms of the placement of waste bins in various locations. Many people are still unaware of the benefits or necessity of urban spatial cleanliness.
