Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahu strategi yang dapat dilakukan untuk meningkatkan dan menguasai bangsa pasar pada PT. Industri Kapal Indonesia di Makassar. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah observasi dan wawancara. Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini disimpulkan bahwa Untuk mempertahankan kelangsungan hidup perusahaan maka perusahaan harus mengadakan peningkatan penjualan dan promosi produk secara intensif agar mampu bersaing di pasar yang akan menjadi tujuannya.References
