Author Guidelines
The paper sent to our redaction will be considered for publication if meeting the following criteria:
- GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
Authors should submit only manuscripts that have been carefully proofread. The manuscript is a scientific paper from research results or conceptual ideas, written in Bahasa (Indonesian). It is an original (no plagiarism) and has never been published in other media as proven by Originality Statement.
- WRITING RULES
- The manuscript is written in 15-20 pages on A4 paper, using Century Schoolbook font, size 12pt, and 1.5 spacing. For more details, see the journal template.
- The systematics of writing a manuscript include:
- Title
The title of the manuscript uses an effective sentence with a maximum of 15 words, using Century Schoolbook font, size 16pt, written in bold and capital letters, and positioned in the center of the paper. For more details, see the journal template. - Identity of Author(s)
Author(s) identity consists of:
- Author’s name (without title) written in Century Schoolbook font, size 12pt, in bold, 1.15 spacing.
- Affiliation written in Century Schoolbook font, size 11pt.
- Corresponding author’s e-mail must be an active email address, written in Century Schoolbook font, size 11pt.
- Abstract and Keywords
Abstract contains a brief introduction to the problem, objective of manuscript, research methods and a brief summary of result. It is written in Century Schoolbook font, size 12pt, spacing 1.15, with a maximum 150-200 words. For more details, see the journal template. - Introduction
The introduction begins with a presentation of the general context and relevant information regarding the topic under study, followed by the identification of specific issues or problems and their urgency. The objectives and scope of the research are clearly stated, with the discussion focused through the formulation of research questions. This section also includes a brief literature review to demonstrate the study’s contribution to the advancement of knowledge. The introduction concludes with a roadmap outlining the structure and flow of the article. It is written in Century Schoolbook font, size 12pt, and spacing 1.5. This section should be presented in a descriptive format and outline the research methodology, including the type of research, the chosen approach, data sources, and methods of analysis. The author is expected to describe the procedure used to examine the legal issue. Wherever possible, the methodology should provide readers with a clear understanding of the approach applied. The results must be presented in a clear and concise manner. The discussion should focus on interpreting the significance of the findings rather than restating them. Avoid extensive citations and discussion of published literature. It is written in Century Schoolbook font, size 12pt, and spacing 1.5. For more details, see the journal template. - Conclusion
The conclusion summarizes the key findings, links them to the research questions or objectives, and highlights their broader contribution to science or practice. It may also present theoretical and practical implications, suggest future research, and note limitations. As the final section, it concisely reinforces the article’s core message and guides further study. It is written in Century Schoolbook font, size 12pt, and spacing 1.5. - FOOTNOTE AND REFERENCES
Every citation must be accompanied by a reference presented in the form of a footnote. Footnotes should not include additional explanations or descriptions and must comply with copyright protection as regulated under Law No. 28 of 2014 on Copyright. The reference is written using Mendeley Style Chicago Manual of Style 17th edition (full note). The syntax for references in footnotes is as follows:
