UNICEF secara aktif terlibat dalam perlindungan masyarakat, termasuk anak-anak, dan memainkan peran penting dalam pengembangan sistem sosial global. Salah satunya berkaitan dengan kebutuhan masyarakat secara keseluruhan, yang harus diperhatikan untuk memberikan rasa aman dan nyaman. Salah satu aspek kehidupan yang memiliki dampak signifikan pada masyarakat adalah lingkungan. Keadaan yang sama berlaku untuk masyarakat India yang membutuhkan rasa aman dan nyaman. Namun, masalah air dan sanitasi lingkungan menjadi penyebab kekeringan yang saat ini melanda India. Mengenai hal ini, UNICEF secara alamiah membuat referensi pada situasi masalah air dan sanitasi yang mengganggu dan membuat tidak aman masyarakat di India sebagai organisasi yang membantu membangun perlindungan bagi masyarakat dan juga melihat hal ini sebagai suatu keharusan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi kontribusi UNICEF dalam upaya program WASH (Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene) untuk mengatasi masalah air dan sanitasi di India. Dengan menggunakan penelitian kepustakaan, metodologi penelitian kualitatif deskriptif diterapkan. Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan upaya ekstensif UNICEF untuk memastikan implementasi program WASH sebaik mungkin, termasuk dukungannya terhadap sektor pendidikan. Selain itu, UNICEF memainkan peran penting sebagai arena kolaborasi, komunikasi, dan pengembangan perencanaan dan implementasi program yang kooperatif. Keberadaan organisasi multinasional dapat menjadi pemersatu yang efektif di antara organisasi-organisasi tersebut.

Sentralisasi will not be held liable for anything that may arise due to the author(s) internal dispute. Sentralisasi will only communicate with the corresponding author.
6. Royalties
Being an open accessed journal and disseminating articles for free under the Creative Commons license term mentioned, author(s) aware that Casuarina: Environmental Engineering Journal entitles the author(s) to no royalties or other fees.
7. Miscellaneous
