Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kualitas air sumur bor yang banyak dimanfaatkan
masyarakat di Jalan Pendidikan KM 8, Malaingkedi, Kecamatan Sorong Manoi, Kota Sorong, Papua
Barat Daya. Sampel air diambil pada tiga waktu yang berbeda, yaitu pukul 09.00, 14.00, dan 17.00.
Parameter yang diuji meliputi parameter fisik seperti warna, bau, TDS (Total Dissolved Solid),
konduktivitas, salinitas dan parameter kimia seperti pH. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara
umum kualitas air sumur bor masih memenuhi baku mutu Permenkes No. 32 Tahun 2017 untuk air
bersih. Nilai rata-rata konduktivitas 315,67 μS/cm, TDS 207 ppm, salinitas 157 ppm, dan pH 8,47.
Terdapat variasi nilai pada setiap parameter yang diuji, namun masih dalam rentang yang
diperbolehkan. Meskipun demikian, terdapat beberapa parameter seperti warna air yang sedikit
keruh dan nilai pH yang sedikit melebihi rentang ideal. Pemantauan kualitas air secara berkala dan
upaya pengendalian pencemaran sangat penting untuk memastikan ketersediaan air bersih yang
aman bagi masyarakat.
