Law in Transition: Regulatory Reform, Law Enforcement, and the Challenges of Justice in Indonesia
JUSTISI Journal invites academics, researchers, legal practitioners, and legal observers to submit their best scientific articles for a Special Issue that critically and deeply examines the dynamics of contemporary law in Indonesia.
Sub-themes (but not limited to):- Implementation of the National Criminal Code and its implications for human rights
- Agrarian conflicts and the protection of indigenous peoples
- Digital law, cybercrime, and personal data protection
- Judicial reform and the integrity of law enforcement officials
- Articles must be original and unpublished
- Use a normative, empirical, or socio-legal approach
- Written in English
- Manuscript length: 6,000–10,000 words (including references)
- Follow the template and style of JUSTISI Journal
- No publication fees (for external authors)
- Manuscript submission deadline: February 28, 2026
