JOLIES (Journal of Linguistic and English Studies) ISSN 3047-1834 (Media Online) was established by the LP3M Universitas Muhammadiyah Sorong Southwest Papua – Indonesia. The primary aim of the establishment of this journal is to bridge all the professionals in the field of ELT across the world to exchange their scholarly work both the conceptual and research-based articles. In addition, this journal is a biannual, refereed, and practitioner-oriented electronic journal, which publishes articles twice a year (every January and June). Last but not least, this journal officially launched its first publication in January 2024 for Vol. 1, No. 1, January 2024.
