High-quality administrative services are essential for supporting school operations, especially in managing administration that influences the smoothness of the learning process and the satisfaction of stakeholders such as teachers, students, and parents. The research employs a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data was gathered through interviews, observations, and documentation to gain a thorough understanding of the processes and changes within the administrative system. The findings indicate improvements in several areas, including the use of information technology, service standards, and the skill level of human resources aiding administrative services. However, the study also identified certain obstacles, such as limited supportive facilities and insufficient training for administrative staff.
