According to the findings of the hypothesis test, leverage, profitability, and company size all have a positive impact on firm value. The dividend policy can then be used to control the connection between leverage and profitability for firm value.
Rita KusumawatiAchmad Faisal Hadiyanto

http://ejournal.um-sorong.ac.id/index.php/sentralisasi/article/view/2763

The aim of this research is to test the influence of the level of competition on bank profitability, bank efficiency on bank profitability, test the relationship between competition and bank efficiency and company performance using ROA as a measure of performance, while GCG and the crisis period due to the pandemic are used as moderating variables for this relationship. . Testing of this research uses the multiple regression analysis method with the help of the SPSS version 21 program. The results of this research show that competition is a variable that has a positive and significant influence on banking performance. The greater competitive ability of banks will improve their performance. However, the bank's technical efficiency has not shown significant results. The moderating effect of implementing GCG by banks does not seem to be able to improve the relationship between competition and performance. The same results were also obtained on the relationship between bank efficiency and performance which also cannot be moderated by GCG. The moderating effect of the crisis period was found to be significant on the relationship between competition and bank performance, whereas during the crisis the relationship between competition and bank performance remained low. However, bank efficiency was not moderated by the crisis period resulting from the pandemic.
Indah Tri ForniawatiBambang Sudiyatno

http://ejournal.um-sorong.ac.id/index.php/sentralisasi/article/view/2588

This study provides new empirical evidence regarding the application of sharing risk in Islamic banking in Indonesia. The focus of this research is to analyze the application of sharing risk in musyarakah financing, formulating sharing risk in musyarakah financing. The research method used is descriptive research which is analyzed qualitatively. Data sources were obtained from employees of Bank Syariah Indonesia account maintenance unit, Risk unit and collection unit, as well as documentation. Data analysis was done by data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results showed that: 1) the implementation of risk sharing in musharakah financing at Bank Syariah Indonesia has not been fully fulfilled; 2) The risk sharing formulation can be implemented by proposing several improvements including the existence of a communication room where every customer's business development will be reported per period with the concept of joint business, then if a risk occurs it should be included in the communication room so that it can be discussed with both parties to formulate the best steps; Our evidence suggests that regulators further strengthen the Islamic banking system through musharakah contract reform and focus on the risk sharing system, especially the contracting parties.
Muhammad Nur AbdiNasir Hamzah

http://ejournal.um-sorong.ac.id/index.php/sentralisasi/article/view/2996

This research aims to develop a strategy for Dzikrayaat Muslim fashion business using a business model canvas (BMC). This used a descriptive qualitative method with SWOT analysis by samples of 4 stakeholder respondents and customers. The results show from a key partner perspective, Dzikrayaat needs to collaborate with brand ambassadors, Darussalam Gontor Boarding School graduates as new partners, agents, and distributors in marketing. From the perspective of key activities, the strategy can be done by adding product variations such as robes, headscarves, and other Muslim attributes. From the perspective of value proposition, adding the size of Muslim clothing is necessary. From the sector of customer relationships, it needs to give membership card and discount to loyal customers. For the customer segments, it adds a market of women or young mothers who are interested in Muslim fashion. From the key resources side, they have their cohesion and professional tailors. From the channels, it needs to start an online shop in the marketplace. From the perspective of revenue stream, it utilizes fabric waste for sale. Therefore, according to those results, researchers have some suggestions such as developing a strategy by adding some components to nine business blocks of the canvas model.
Muhammad Ridlo ZarkasyDhika Amalia KurniawanAhmad Syaifudin Zuhri

http://ejournal.um-sorong.ac.id/index.php/sentralisasi/article/view/2986

Poverty is a social problem of global concern. In developing countries including Indonesia, tens of millions of people live below the poverty line. In Islam, poverty is seen as a form of social injustice that must be resolved. The Quran and Hadith explicitly indicate the duty of Muslims to help the poor. This paper aims to analyze the Islamic perspective on poverty and propose Islamic solutions to achieve the welfare of the Ummah, within the framework of achieving maqashid sharia. The method used is a literature study of Islamic sources and contextual analysis of the poverty situation in Muslim countries. The results show that poverty is caused by various factors, both internal and external. Islam offers comprehensive solutions such as the Islamic economic system, optimization of zakat and waqf, policy reform, and others. This is important in order to realize the purpose of sharia to protect the lives, property, and benefit of the people. However, its implementation needs to be studied further so that it is right on target in alleviating poverty in the contemporary Islamic world.
Ickhsanto WahyudiMahroji MahrojiJulya Angelita
