Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan dalam penetapan tingkat suku bunga kredit umum dan kredit program pada PT. Bank BRI (Persero) Cabang Barru.Sedangkan jenis penelitian ini, adalah menggunakan metode kuantitatif deskriptif dengan metode analisis data 1) Cost of Fund, 2) Laba Yang Diinginkan (Spread) 3) PPAP (Penghapusan Piutang Aktiva Produktif) dan 4) Overhead Cost.Dari perhitungan yang telah dilakukan, maka cost of fund Bank PT. Bank BRI Cabang Barru tahun 2015 dapat diperoleh dengan mengalikan tingkat suku bunga efektif masing-masing jenis dana dengan kontribusinya, lalu hasilnya masing-masing dijumlahkan, Dari perhitungan total biaya overhead PT. Bank BRI Cabang Barru sebesar Rp. 279.590.104.000. Sedangkan  aktiva produktif adalah semua aktiva yang dimiliki oleh bank dengan maksud untuk memperoleh penghasilan sesuai dengan fungsinya.
